- Request a return within 3 days of delivery via our returns portal.
- Please send items unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging.
- Innerwear, socks & hair accessories, personalized/customized items, and clearance/final sale pieces.
- ₹99 per item; non-expiring credits added within 48 hours after QC.
- Bank/UPI refunds: ₹149 per item (for items priced less than ₹5,000) or ₹199 per item (for items priced ₹5,000+); processed within 5–7 business days after QC.
- Refunds are issued to Ethnia Wallet (store credits).
- Return charges apply per item; shipping and payment-gateway fees aren’t refundable.
- Refunds are post-QC approval; rejected returns aren’t refunded. We don’t do direct exchanges—please place a new order.
