Very disappointing experience. I received a completely different product from what I had ordered. The product I received did not match the pictures or description shown while placing the order.

What made the experience worse was the lack of proper customer service. There was no satisfactory response or effective assistance in resolving the issue.

Customers expect to receive exactly what they order, and if there is a mistake, there should at least be proper support to address it.
