- Bank/UPI refunds: ₹149 per item (for items priced less than ₹5,000) or ₹199 per item (for items priced ₹5,000+); processed within 5–7 business days after QC.
- Refunds are issued to Ethnia Wallet (store credits).
- Return charges apply per item; shipping and payment-gateway fees aren’t refundable.
